Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A restocking may be deducted to cover any outgoing shipping costs. We will waive the restocking fee where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

Any refund issued by us will only cover what was paid directly to us on checkout.  Under no circumstances do we cover any import duties, taxes or clearance fees that were paid directly to your local authorities or carrier on import. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, details about the product and the reason you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
