Application Instructions
BEFORE INSTALLATION
Always store decals flat (not rolled) in a cool, dry place, out of the sun. When the decals arrive, unroll them and lay flat until you’re ready to install them. Some decals will have a clear or semi-transparent overlay tape, which will help for aligning. This tape has a textured finish compared to the smooth glossy finish of the decal underneath. Be sure to remove the overlay tape as the final step after installation.
PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
It’s tricky to successfully slap a sticker onto a dirty, dusty, oily, rough or textured surface for obvious reasons. Decals won't stick to dirty surfaces because the adhesive on the sticker will bond to the dirt particles instead of the actual surface, preventing a proper adhesion and causing the sticker to peel off easily.
Proper cleaning and preparation is essential for ensuring application goes smoothly:
- Clean the surface thoroughly to remove all dust, dirt, wax, oil, chemicals and contaminants. Rinse completely.
- Allow the surface to dry or use a clean, lint-free cloth.
- Avoid dirt contaminating the surface again prior to decal application
If the surface was recently painted, ensure the paint is fully cured (at least 3 days) before applying decals to ensure adhesion and prevent gas bubbles from forming underneath. It is essential that paint work is factory smooth for the sticker to adhere correctly.
INSTALLATION
Install decals in a clean, cool environment, avoiding direct sunlight and wind.
Prepare a squeegee with a clean, smooth edge for application - anything with a smooth, flat edge like a ruler or credit card will do the trick! Keep it nearby!
1. Align the decal on the machine and tape it in place. Take a long strip of masking tape vertically through the center of the decal.
2. Starting on one side, pull the film away from the backing paper until you get to the tape along the center line. Carefully cut off the liner.
3. Let the part of the decal closest to the center tape lie against the machine. Gently hold the rest of the graphic away from the surface.
4. Grab your squeegee and stroke up, working your way to the outermost edge of the decal, allowing more of the decal to lay against the machine as you work to the edge.
5. Return to the center and stroke down.
6. Repeat steps 4 & 5, using the squeegee to gently push out any air bubbles and help the decals adhere.
7. Repeat steps 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6
9. Re-stroke the outer edges of the decal ensure good edge adhesion.
7. Now that the decal is applied, and any overlay tape is removed, allow 24-48 hours for the adhesive to completely set. Low heat or sunlight can speed up the curing time. If there are any remaining bubbles under the decal they can be pricked with a pin and rubbed down to release trapped air.
If you ever have an issue during the application process, please send us details and good quality, well-lit photos showing the surface of the machine up close. We'll do our best to help you out!

There's no heavy machinery enhancement better for increasing value than a fresh paint job and a set of brand-new decals.
Printed on quality bubble-free vinyl with a 7-year lamination, all of our kits meet or exceed OEM standards and are designed and sized to closely match factory originals.
All machinery decals and safety kits are aftermarket. They are satisfactory replacements for the original manufacturer’s decals and safety kits but not precise matches. There may be minor differences in color, sizing, or design characteristics.
